Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Penang Food Stops and Overnight Stay (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Depart for Penang and stop for a hearty local breakfast on the way. Spend the day around Penang food and heritage stops, with lunch and dinner arranged around local specialties. Check in to the hotel and rest before the cross-border journey on the next day.

Day 2: Penang to Betong with Mailbox, Pork Knuckle and Tunnel Area (Breakfast, Lunch)

After breakfast and check-out, travel toward Betong and complete the Thailand border crossing. Visit the large mailbox landmark and enjoy a German pork knuckle lunch before continuing to Betong Friendship Village to understand the local history. In the afternoon, visit the winter flower garden and the tunnel area with evening light displays when available before hotel check-in.

Day 3: Sea Cloud Sunrise, Golden Buddha, Betong Market and Town Food (Breakfast, Lunch)

Start before sunrise for the sea cloud viewpoint and enjoy the morning scenery if weather allows.
